Our Pre-Build Consultancy is designed for homeowners who are about to begin a renovation and want to ensure the plans work beautifully before construction begins. During this session we review your architectural drawings, sense-check the proposed layouts and highlight opportunities to improve how the house will function day to day. We also identify potential design oversights early — helping you avoid costly changes later in the build and ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and joinery are considered from the outset.
